I.O.C. stands for International Organisations of Cryptozoology and was officially founded on October 5 2015 and was founded by Australian Cryptozoologist Jack Tessier and so far it's the uniting Organisation of the Australian Cryptozoology Research Organisation and the Oceania Cryptozoology Research Organisation.
